Do I have to scan my membership card every time I come in to work out?
Yes, you are required to bring your card with you every time you workout. This is for our member's protection.
How do I use a locker when I visit the gym?
We offer day-use lockers for your convenience. Just bring a lock or purchase one at the front desk and choose any locker that meets your needs. Just remember to take your lock off when your workout is finished.
How do I check my child into the Kids Club?
Just sign in on our Kids Club Register at the Front Desk and take your child into our Kids Club. On your first visit we will need you to fill out a Kids Club Registration Card with your child's information.
How do I participate in Group Fitness Classes?
Check the monthly schedule and show up at the scheduled time. All group fitness classes are free with your membership. You can sign up for cycling classes 1 hour prior to class by calling 482-2582.
